The Space

The ground floor comprises an airy sitting room with exposed stone walls and vaulted ceiling, a rustic dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with a traditional stone sink and all modern appliances. French doors open directly to the shaded terrace and garden.

Both bedrooms have air conditioning, quality cotton linen, and views across the olive grove.

Outdoors

The heated pool (9m × 4m) is open from May to October and is surrounded by a generous sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The mature garden features a pergola-covered dining area ideal for outdoor lunches, a herb garden, and your own productive olive trees.

Location

Montalcino village (known for Brunello wine) is a 10-minute drive, with a supermarket, restaurants, and the famous fortress. Siena is 40 minutes; Florence is 1h 15m. The nearest train station (Buonconvento) is 20 minutes away.
